Do I Really Need Therapy?

Isn’t it common to experience the occasional mood swings, anxiety and sleep difficulties, especially during the pandemic years? Of course everyone goes through the occasional ups and downs.  Being in therapy doesn’t mean you are not capable of solving your  own issues but rather therapy gives you an hour of your week to focus on yourself. You want to be more productive, eat well, exercise, and get along with your family.  Therapy can help you work towards these goals. Together, we can process and find solutions to alleviate the stress and anxiety from family conflicts, working from home, and the social isolation.
